1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReplogAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReplogAI is a SaaS platform that automatically captures, transcribes, and logs sales activity (calls, emails, meetings, and text messages) using artificial intelligence. It generates sales intelligence — summaries, discovery scores, deal signals, drafted proposals, and leadership reports — and syncs activity to connected CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).

3. Recording & Communication Consent

By connecting meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet), email accounts, or text-message capture, you acknowledge that:

ReplogAI will access recordings, messages, and email for transcription and logging purposes.
You are responsible for obtaining consent from participants where required by law.
Recording and communication laws vary by jurisdiction — you must comply with applicable laws in your region.
ReplogAI is not responsible for ensuring participant consent on your behalf.

Our access to and use of data from your connected Google and Microsoft accounts adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (including its Limited Use requirements) and Microsoft's API Terms, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. AI-Generated Content

Summaries, scores, deal signals, proposals, and reports are generated by AI and provided as suggestions, not statements of fact. They may contain errors or omissions.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it, sending it, or syncing it to your CRM.
Updates to your CRM, outbound emails, and proposals are only sent when you approve them.
You are solely responsible for the content of any communication you send through the Service.
ReplogAI makes no warranty as to the accuracy of AI-generated output.

5. Account & Billing

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
Trial accounts are limited to 14 days with 50 activities/month.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for illegal purposes.
Record conversations or send messages without proper consent.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service.
Share your account credentials with unauthorized users.
Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you provide to ReplogAI. We do not claim ownership of your sales data, transcripts, proposals, or CRM content. We use your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

ReplogAI's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
