What does ReplogAI create in Salesforce?
A Task record with Status set to Completed, the activity title as the Subject, the AI summary and action items as the Description, and the real activity date.
How are calls and emails distinguished?
Through TaskSubtype. Emails are logged with subtype Email; calls and meetings are logged with subtype Call, so standard Salesforce activity reports work as expected.
How does it find the right Contact?
It searches Salesforce for the participant's email address. A matching Contact is set as the Task's WhoId so the activity appears on that Contact's record.
Which Salesforce editions are supported?
Any edition with API access. ReplogAI connects over OAuth and writes through the standard Salesforce REST API.
