Questions
Pricing questions, answered
How much does ReplogAI cost?
Starter is $29/month for a single user. Growth is $49 per user/month and Team is $69 per user/month, both billed per seat with unlimited users. All plans include a free trial with no card required.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a free trial that includes 10 auto-recorded meetings, 3 AI proposals and 50 activities, so you can see real calls logged against your own CRM before paying.
What counts as a recorded meeting?
A meeting where ReplogAI joins your Zoom, Google Meet or Teams call to transcribe and extract next steps. Starter and Growth include recordings per month; beyond the included amount you are billed per extra meeting rather than blocked.
Which CRMs does ReplogAI sync to?
HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive. Starter connects one CRM; Growth and Team connect unlimited CRMs and meeting tools.
Does ReplogAI write to my CRM automatically?
Yes. Once a call or email is transcribed and summarized, it is written to your connected CRM as a note or task without manual entry. Deal-stage changes are the exception: those are off by default, opt-in per organization, and only ever move a deal forward.
