Delete Your Data

1. Delete it yourself

If you have an account, you can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time:

1. Log in to ReplogAI.
2. Open Settings.
3. Under Your data, choose Delete my account and confirm.

2. Request deletion by email

If you can't access your account, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete your data. We verify the request and complete it within 30 days.

3. What gets deleted

• Your account and profile.
• All captured activity — emails, call recordings and transcripts, text messages, meetings, and voice memos.
• AI-generated data — summaries, scores, drafted proposals, and reports.
• Connected-integration tokens (Google, Microsoft, and CRM accounts).

Disconnecting a Google or Microsoft integration immediately stops further access and deletes its stored tokens. Full account deletion removes all personal data within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Export first (optional)

Want a copy before deleting? Log in and use Settings → Download my data to export everything in a machine-readable format.
